1 Location: IESP US meeting (Maui, HI)
October 18-19, 2010, at the Wailea Beach Marriott Resort & Spa in Maui, HI. The second day of the meeting (Oct. 19th) will run through the day.
Reception on October 17th: There will be a reception on October 17th between 6:00 – 8:00 pm. The receptions will be held on the Pacific Terrace of the Conference Pavilion, where you can also sign in and pick up your badge and conference material. To get to the Pacific Terrace, see the map, which represents the facility looking in from the Pacific. To get there, go past the hotel desk toward the shops and Starbuck's; when you go past Starbuck's, bear left to the Conference Facilities. To get to the Pacific Terrace, go up the stairs or take the elevator that you see. Drinks and hors d'oeuvres will be served. Dinner is on your own.
The meeting will take place at the hotel. The meeting agenda and a list of attendees are on-line. New background material and whitepapers are also on-line.
2 Registration
Invited attendees should have received a link by email enabling them to register. All attendees to the IESP Workshop need to register for the workshop as soon as possible to coordinate planning
3 Accomodations
Accommodation has been booked for workshop participants at Wailea Beach Marriott Resort & Spa You SHOULD NOT make your own hotel arrangements but you do need to register for the meeting using the link to the registration page that should have been provided to you by email.
3.1 Note on high speed Internet access from your room
High speed Internet access by Lodgnet in the guest room is complimentary for IESP attendees. Instructions are as follows:
- Make sure that your laptops are turned off
- Connect the Internet cable to your laptop
- Power up your laptop
- Launch your Internet browser
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect to the Internet
